7-Day Return Window

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Eligible for Return

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect size or color delivered.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and tags are intact.
  • Original packaging is preserved.

Not Eligible

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Undergarments or socks (hygiene reasons).
  • Damage caused by wear and tear or misuse.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email us at info@krypta-ark.com or call our support line within 7 days. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.

Ship the Item

Once approved, pack the item securely. We will either arrange a pickup (Inside Dhaka) or ask you to courier it to our office.

Get Refunded

After inspection, we will process your refund via bKash or Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective product).
